Deposit
(1) Upon booking confirmation, The Hotel will charge 30% of the night's rent from a single booking.

(2) Should the hotel be cut off from transport due to natural disasters, such as earthquakes and typhoons, or other force
　 majeure clauses, please contact room reservation staffs within three days after your scheduled arrival date (including
　 the arrival date). We will change or cancel your reservation as soon as possible.

(3) The system only provides online reservation and cancellation services. If you wish to change your period of stay, please call 　　 us a week ago and ask the operator to put you through to staffs of the reservation department
　 ※The deposit can keep 3 month, Change the reservation only one time and can't refunded after change it.

Cancellation policy
(1) Notification 14 days prior to arrival: full amount of deposit will be refunded.
(2) Notification 10 to 13 days prior to arrival: 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
(3) Notification 7 to 9 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
(4) Notification 4 to 6 days prior to arrival: 40% of the deposit will be refunded.
(5) Notification 3 days prior to arrival: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
(6) Notification 2day prior to arrival: 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
(7) No refund will be issued for notification on the day of arrival or Notification 1day prior to arrival.
